Refund Policy

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all Cognizil orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of your original order date to request a full refund.

Email support@cognizill.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. You do not need to return a fully used or empty container. Partially used containers are eligible for a refund within the 60-day window.

Refunds cover the full product purchase price. Original shipping charges on the 2-bottle package ($9.99) are non-refundable. Orders that received free shipping (3- and 6-bottle bundles) will be refunded the full product amount.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval and returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by payment provider.

Refund requests made after the 60-day window are not eligible. Orders placed through unauthorized third-party sellers are not covered by this policy.
